Ja, wij staan klaar om je van de juiste maatadvies te voorzien. Neem via WhatsApp (+31630601072) contact op en onze medewerkers zullen je van het juiste advies voorzien aan de hand van afmetingen van kledingstukken.
Het is mogelijk om onze personal stylist in te schakelen. We geven je persoonlijk stijladvies en tips & tricks volgens je bodytype. We kunnen je het beste helpen bij een winkelbezoek. Kom je er tijdens het online shoppen niet uit? Dan is het mogelijk om advies te vragen via Whatsapp

If you click on an item that is sold out, a button will appear that says "Notify me". Enter your email address and you will be notified automatically as soon as it is restocked.
Has the article been removed from the webshop? Please send an email to info@sara-mode.nl with the name of the item, size and colour you require. We have a separate stock in the shop. Perhaps the article that is sold out online is in stock here. In that case, we can stock it for you online.
If an item is sold out completely, you should keep an eye on our social media channels. Back in stock' articles are regularly posted on our Facebook and Instagram! (@saramode.gouda).

Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been processed by PostNL, you will be informed by e-mail and you will receive a track and trace code. This way you can follow your order and see when you can expect your package.
It is also possible to this page the track & trace status.
We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. We strive for a delivery period of 1 to 3 (working) days. Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered after 1 to 2 working days. Germany and France within 2 to 4 working days
During busy periods, especially when launching a new collection, delivery may take a little longer.
Please note: The above delivery times cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances or strikes at PostNL.
Does the order not meet your expectations or does it not fit? You can return and/or exchange your order within 14 calendar days after receipt of the package. Exchanges and returns not received within the prescribed period will not be accepted.

The costs of the return are to be borne by the customer. When the return shipment is made, please keep the track & trace at all times until your return has been processed by us. If we have received your return in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for the payment within 14 working days of receipt. Returns should only be sent to the address below.

Het is bij ons ook mogelijk je bestelling retour te brengen in de winkel. Het enige wat je hoeft aan te tonen is de bestelbevestiging per mail en ingevulde retourformulier.
Wij geven geen contant geld terug. Wij zullen dit terug storten op dezelfde rekening waarmee betaald is.
Currently it is not possible to cancel your order, as we prepare your purchase as soon as you confirm it on the website.
If you change your mind, you can return the items once you have received the order.
If you have a complaint about an order or you have received the wrong article by mistake, please send an e-mail to info@sara-mode.nl stating your name, order number and the (wrong) product you have a complaint about. We will deal with the complaint as soon as possible and offer you an appropriate solution. You will be informed of this by e-mail.
Wil je een extra artikel bij je bestelling toevoegen of toch nog wijzigen naar een andere maat/kleur? Dat is mogelijk als je bestelling niet verzonden is. Hiervoor dien je telefonisch contact +31 630601072 met ons op te nemen of te Whatsappen.
Direct exchange of an item is not possible. In order to receive the desired item, please place a new order and return the other one.
